The village is popular with its renovated houses and is a preferred place for permanent residence; Sleeps: 3+3+3 – there are three single beds in each of the bedrooms upstairs Land area: A terraced garden of 1000 sq.m. planted with various fruit trees. There is a big wooden gate for entering a car and a solid stone barn. The whole property is enclosed by a high stone wall which provides privacy of your stay; Features: We offer you luxurious rental accommodation in a traditional and tranquil setting, within short driving distance of the medieval capital and tourist attractions. This is the endmost villa in the village, set on a high slope with great views. The total living area of the house is distributed over two levels and extends to 140 sq.m. The first level has a large stone tavern/lounge with typical old-style ornaments – stone work, exposed wooden beams, Bulgarian rugs, feature fireplace, jamal, etc.; tiled kitchen area supplied with cupboards, oven with hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine; and a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with three single beds in each of them, bathroom and toilet. The ground floor is terracotta tiled and the first has laminate flooring. Heating in the winter is provided via a log-fired central heating with radiators on both floors. The price varies according to the number of nights. Rental price for the whole house is as follows: 77 EUR – one night’s stay; 128 EUR – two nights’ stay; 205 EUR – three nights’ stay; For longer stays price is negotiable and further discounts are possible.
