Annual accountancy 100 EUR/year
All companies registered in Bulgaria must perform an annual tax declaration by the end of March each year. The accountancy tax declaration is performed for the year before. For example, the accountancy for the year 2008 is performed by the end of March 2009. Our fee of 100 EUR includes:
- Submitting annual tax declaration
- Sending reports to the company owner for the current financial state of the company/bank accounts
- Issuing up-to-date company documents from the Court, Tax administration, etc. /documents are valid only for six months/
To perform the annual tax declaration of a BG registered company, we will need COPIES of:
- Court decision for forming the company
- Bulstat card /if the company was formed before 01.01.2008/
- All notary deeds of properties bought anywhere on the territory of Bulgaria in the year for which the accountancy is performed
- All invoices notary fees, agent fees, etc./ in the name of the company for the year for which the accountancy is performed
- Company stamp
The payment of the accountancy fee of 100 EUR and providing all documents is required by the end of February of the current year to allow us at least a month to prepare and submit the declaration.
Please note that the annual accountancy charge differs from the annual property tax and waste collection fees. The charge of 100 EUR is the fee of our accountant for performing and submitting the annual tax declaration of non-operational companies for one year. Buying or selling a property does not make your company operational. For operational companies the annual charge is agreed additionally – this is in case you have registered an activity in the Tax Administration Office and the company is issuing invoices for the income you are receiving from this activity/restaurant business, building services, carpentry, etc./.
