When you find a property we will:

Negotiate on your behalf about all the conditions of sale

Undertake checks on the title deeds, prepare preliminary contract – 100 EUR

Set up a Bulgarian registered company (including all government, court, solicitor's, etc. fees) - 400 EUR

Prepare the final documentation and complete the purchase through our recommended solicitor - 100 EUR

Change electricity, water, telephone bills to the name of the new owner – 50 EUR
-
Translation of documents into English – 5 EUR per page

Agent’s fee – 3% on the purchase price of the property, min 500 EUR
Besides the fees we have stated, there are municipal and notary charges, payable on transferring the ownership. These charges are approximately 3% of the value of the property stated in the final notary deed.
